Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

Based on the scope of work and the fact that the contract is for maintenance and repair only, the estimated budget for this contract could be in the range of $500,000 to $2,000,000 over the five-year term. This estimate is based on the assumption that the contractor will be responsible for repairing and replacing existing playground equipment, rubberized play surfaces, and other related items at approximately 17 City playgrounds. The actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on the specific services required and the prices bid by the contractor. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the frequency and extent of repairs needed, the cost of materials and labor, and the level of competition among bidders.
