The State of Alabama is seeking a qualified contractor to diagnose and repair twelve (12) motor‑driven roll‑up doors located at the Field Maintenance Shop (FMS #11) in Birmingham. The work includes on‑site inspection, testing of safety mechanisms, repair or replacement of defective components, alignment adjustments, lubrication, and seal replacement, with all work documented and performed by qualified technicians.
• Mandatory site‑visit on June 5 2026 (arrival by 9:45 AM, meeting 10:00 AM).
• Contractor must provide a lift if required and supply all labor and materials for diagnostics and repairs.
• Each door is approximately 15 ft high; exact repairs will be determined after on‑site assessment.
