Description
The Department of Financial Services, Division of Criminal Investigations, intends to enter into an agreement with Thermo Fisher North America LLC to procure maintenance and repair services for Analytical Laboratory Instrumentation. The services will include a 12-month service plan with one scheduled annual Preventative Maintenance visit and an unlimited number of corrective maintenance site visits within 72 hours of the Department’s issuance of a technical support inquiry. The contractor will provide performance-verified replacement parts, software, technical support, upgrades, and on-site maintenance from certified, trained service engineers. Key points to consider:
• The contract is for a single source purchase, with Thermo Electron North America LLC being the only authorized vendor to provide OEM certified repair and maintenance services on equipment manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.
