Description
The City of Springfield is seeking a qualified contractor to provide sound enhancement with safety & intercom system services at Mary O. Pottenger Elementary School. The project has an estimated value of approximately $125,000.00. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete the project. A site visit is strongly encouraged on 4/23/26 at 10:00 A.M. at 1435 Carew St, Springfield, MA 01104.
• The project requires compliance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149 as amended and other applicable statutes.
• The Prime/General Contractor must be certified by the State Division of Capital Asset Management.
• Bid documents can be requested through the City’s website; www.springfield-ma.gov beginning on April 15, 2026.
• All questions regarding the IFB or its specifications must be received in writing by the Office of Procurement on or before 4/23/26 by 4:30 P.M.
