Description
The Grand Rapids Public Schools (GRPS) is seeking professional design and installation services for the renovation of three elementary school playgrounds: Kent Hills Elementary, Cesar Chavez Elementary, and Martin Luther King Jr. Leadership Academy. The selected contractor will be responsible for designing and installing new playground equipment, surfacing, and other site work. The project must be completed within a 64-day timeframe, and the contractor must ensure that the playgrounds are safe and accessible for all students. The contractor will also be required to provide a lump sum price proposal, including all costs associated with the project. Some key features of the project include:
