Description
The County seeks a qualified consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive freight‑cluster planning study for North Gwinnett County. The scope includes project management, stakeholder engagement, best‑practice reviews, detailed inventory and traffic analyses, and the development of short‑ and long‑term recommendations with deliverables such as reports, GIS data, and presentation materials. The effort must comply with federal ARC funding requirements and be completed by the end of 2027.
• Deliver a full‑service freight‑planning study covering data collection, traffic modeling, and policy recommendations.
• Conduct virtual pre‑proposal conference, stakeholder outreach, and three ARC Freight Advisory Task Force presentations.
• Provide final technical report, executive summary, GIS shapefiles, and all supporting documentation in both hard‑copy and electronic formats.
