The Houston‑Galveston Area Council (H‑GAC) is seeking a qualified consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive corridor planning study for the Sienna Parkway area and its surrounding road network in Missouri City, Fort Bend County, and adjacent jurisdictions. The study will assess existing conditions, safety, congestion, multimodal opportunities, and future growth, and will produce a Sienna Area Corridor Plan with prioritized improvement alternatives, cost estimates, and an implementation strategy spanning short‑, medium‑ and long‑term horizons. The contract term is estimated at 18 months, beginning January 2027, with a maximum budget of $400,000 (federal funds). Key tasks include project management, data collection, public outreach, analysis of gaps, development of alternatives, and delivery of final plan documents and interactive GIS products.

• Perform GIS‑based data collection, environmental screening, and right‑of‑way considerations.
• Lead a robust public outreach program (Steering Committee, focus groups, public meetings, surveys).
• Develop short‑, mid‑ and long‑term transportation improvement alternatives, including multimodal options.
• Produce planning‑level cost estimates, funding recommendations, and a phased implementation plan.
• Deliver an executive summary, full graphical corridor plan, interactive web map, and project tracker on a flash drive.
