TWACS Meter Replacement Project

The City of Seguin is seeking bids for the TWACS Meter Replacement Project, which involves replacing approximately 5,300 TWACS electric meters with Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) compatible meters. The project aims to enhance billing accuracy, utility operations, remote meter data collection, and future integration with the Outage Management System (OMS).
