Description
• Remove existing HHW and CHW magnetic flow meters and install new inline meters with power and data connections.
• Modify pipework to accommodate straight‑pipe requirements and integrate OSU‑ and ENGIE‑compatible gas meters.
• Provide all electrical, low‑voltage, and building‑automation wiring, conduit, and raceway needed for meter operation.
• Deliver training (≤ 2 hours) on meter operation, meet EDGE 5 % participation goal, and satisfy Ohio prevailing‑wage, drug‑free, and OSU health‑policy requirements.
