Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide ultra-purified water service for the Seattle and American Lake medical campuses. The contract will include scheduled maintenance visits, replacement of filters, and performance checks to ensure system reliability and compliance with operational standards. The contractor will be required to perform preventative maintenance, conduct tank exchanges, and replace filters as needed. The contract will be for a base period of one year, with four option periods.
• The contractor must have experience with ultra-purified water systems and be able to provide maintenance and repair services.
• The contractor must be able to provide a detailed invoice and perform monthly budget reconciliation.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security and confidentiality.
