Description
The Anchor Bay School District is seeking proposals for building envelope improvements. The proposal will include providing and installing building envelope improvements. Bidders must submit a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship with the Superintendent or Board of Education members and confirming they are not an Iran-linked business. The bid must be accompanied by bid security of at least 2.5% of the proposed contract amount.
• The proposal must be submitted in accordance with the RFP specifications.
• The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any irregularity, reject any or all proposals, and award program components by component or total program.
• The proposal submission deadline is December 2, 2025, at 2:00 P.M.
