This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to replace the existing Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) that powers the emergency system at the University of Alaska Anchorage Fine Arts Building. The scope includes complete removal of the existing ATS, supply and installation of a new ATS, reconnection to the emergency power system, and all associated labor, materials, equipment, and testing as detailed in the project manual. • Provide all labor, materials, and equipment for ATS removal and replacement. • Follow design documents “UAA ATS Replacement – 100% Elec 11x17 2026‑05‑07”. • Attend mandatory pre‑bid conference on July 16, 2026 at the Fine Arts Building lobby. • Submit bids by July 23, 2026; no bid opening will be held. • Provide a 5 % bid bond (paper, certified check, cashier’s check, or electronic).
