Grounds Maintenance – Badger Prairie

The County of Dane is seeking a vendor to provide grounds maintenance services at the Badger Prairie Healthcare Center. The services include gardening, landscaping, exterior grounds upkeep, and horticultural work. The vendor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, equipment, tools, and permits to maintain the property in accordance with accepted industry methods and practices. The contract term is estimated to be one year, with possible renewal terms. The vendor must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety requirements and environmental standards. • The vendor must provide a written list of all supplies with attached Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) intended for use in the facility. • The vendor must report any damage to the County's equipment or property and be held responsible for the restitution of any damage caused by its neglect or incompetence. • The vendor must maintain a high level of safety in equipment and work conditions. • The vendor must deliver the frequency and quantity of services as outlined in the maintenance schedule. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, including those related to labor standards and relations.
