Description
The State of Maine is seeking quotations for a Secure Prisoner Transport Insert with Added Rear HVAC System. The insert should meet the specifications outlined in Appendix B of the RFQ. The State intends to award a contract to the lowest bidder based on the total dollar amount of the bid. The contract will be for a period of 180 days from the date and time of the bid opening. The State reserves the right to negotiate the purchase of additional units at the bid price for six months after the award is officially made.

• The State anticipates making one award as a result of this RFQ process.
