Description
The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Broadcom TLMS SOLVE License and Support for a period of one year. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Broadcom, Inc. and provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. The scope of work includes the provision of COTS software, installation and training services, and manufacturer's software warranty/maintenance. The evaluation criteria include conformance with scope, price, and responsiveness.
• The contract is limited to Master Contractors awarded under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) contract.
• The contractor must ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free.
• The contractor must provide all agreements and terms and conditions expected to be signed or subject to in connection with the products or services.
• The contract has a small business reserve designation, and only certified small business vendors are eligible for the award.
