The California Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking a C-33 Painting and Decorating Contractor to prepare and paint the exterior of the Locke Boarding House, located in the Delta Meadows Park Property. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to abate lead paint, prep siding, and prime and paint the approximately 4,500 square foot exterior of the Locke Boarding House. The project must be completed within 90 days of the contract start date.
