Description
The Floyd County Board of Commissioners is seeking a qualified contractor to perform exterior renovations on the Floyd County Historic Courthouse. The scope of work includes concrete work, masonry restoration, metal gratings, historic wood protection, painting, and coatings. The contractor will be responsible for acquiring their own measurements, pictures, and videos to obtain a complete understanding of the project requirements. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on October 7, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The contractor must provide a bid bond and a payment and performance bond.
