The Municipality of Anchorage is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive, year‑round road‑maintenance services for the Lakehill Limited Road Service Area (approximately 1.41 mi of paved and graveled roads). The scope includes winter snow‑clearing, ice ripping, sanding with winter aggregate, steam‑thawing of culverts, and summer grading, ditch work, and other routine roadway upkeep. Bidders must quote hourly rates for a defined set of equipment (grader, front‑end loader, dump truck, AWD super‑duty truck, steam boiler, water/flusher truck, vacuum sweeper) and a per‑cubic‑yard rate for winter aggregate, and must supply a crew of Davis‑Bacon‑rated laborers. The contract runs for one year with the option for up to four one‑year extensions, and local‑bidder and veteran‑bidder preferences will be applied.
