Description
The Arizona Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to provide Cold Mix Products for delivery or plant pickup throughout the state. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, tools, equipment, materials, and supplies to meet the specifications described in the solicitation. The contract term will be for 12 months, with the option to extend for up to 48 months. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to safety, health, and sanitation.
• The contractor must provide a Certificate of Compliance for the cold mix utilized.
• The contractor must ensure that all materials and mixture conform to the requirements specified in the solicitation.
• The contractor must provide a qualified workforce to perform the services.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable safety standards and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a warranty for all services and materials provided.
