Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape

The Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC) is seeking sources to provide Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) training support services for the 336th Training Group (TRG). The training will be held at Fairchild Air Force Base (AFB), Washington and Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Lackland, Texas. The services include Advanced SERE Skills Training Course, Long-Term Survival and Evasion Course, Emergency Parachute and Water Survival Training Course, Underwater Egress Training, SERE Specialist Training Orientation Course, and Evasion and Conduct After Capture. • The contract is anticipated to be a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. • The period of performance is expected to be four years, from 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, with a one-month mobilization phase-in/phase-out period. • The acquisition will be conducted as a total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside competitive acquisition. • Registration under the correct North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code in the SAM database is required to be eligible for award.
