Description
The State of Vermont is seeking a contractor to provide emergency shelter services to support the state's operation of emergency shelters. The contractor will be responsible for providing temporary congregate or semi-congregate emergency shelter to individuals experiencing homelessness, with rapid shelter or staffing ramp-up and ramp-down. The contractor will also provide case management, health and social services, and ensure safety, hygiene, and access to essential services.
