Description
• Install new electrical service (meter pedestal, grounding, conduit, panelboard, floodlight, switches).
• Remove and dispose of existing service equipment and panels.
• Install obstruction lighting on tower top with photocell controls and related conduit/junction boxes.
• Provide shop drawings, O&M manuals, and comply with NEC/NESC, UL‑listed equipment, and city specifications.
• Required insurance: $1 M general liability per occurrence, $2 M aggregate, workers’ comp, automobile liability.
