The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is seeking to enter into a single-source contract with Syn-Tech Systems, Inc. for the maintenance of automated fuel and dispensing and accounting equipment. The contract will include an extended manufacturer warranty with technical support and diagnostics of equipment and software. The maintenance service will consist of a combination of Syn-Tech's Super Maintenance plan and a FMLive subscription, providing a comprehensive solution for system reliability and data management.
• The Super Maintenance plan will keep the equipment covered with unlimited 24/7 support, replacement parts, surge and lightning protection, and certified on-site technician visits as required.
• The FMLive Subscription will deliver a secure, web-based, real-time software platform with automated backups, advanced reporting, and cellular FMU connectivity, allowing Syn-Tech to remotely monitor, maintain, and diagnose the system with minimal intervention.
• The maintenance plan will also include an automated fuel accounting system which is essential for the Department to efficiently and accurately distribute fuel to the Department’s fleet as well as to other Florida agencies fleets during routine and emergency events.
