PSYCHOTHERAPY AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES

Greenville County is seeking a qualified behavioral health provider to deliver comprehensive, confidential psychotherapy and behavioral health services to Emergency Medical Services personnel. The services aim to support workforce mental health, alleviate occupational stress and trauma, improve resilience, and promote employee well-being. The selected provider will be required to offer in-person psychotherapy services, provide telehealth services, ensure flexible scheduling options, and conduct clinical assessments, among other responsibilities. • Provide embedded behavioral healthcare to field and communications staff. • Offer in-person psychotherapy services at EMS headquarters. • Provide telehealth services in compliance with federal and state laws. • Ensure timely access to care, including availability of an initial appointment within 5 business days of request. • Provide a 24/7 crisis line. • Conduct clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individualized treatment planning. • Provide short-term and long-term counseling services as clinically appropriate. • Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services when required. The provider must employ or contract with licensed behavioral health professionals, ensure all clinical staff maintain active licensure and required certifications, and provide ongoing clinical supervision and professional development for staff.
