The County of Butte is seeking quotes for regular landscape maintenance services for the landscape frontages in the Autumn Park Subdivision along Garner Lane and Kittyhawk Drive, Chico, California. The contractor will be responsible for providing weekly landscaping services, including removing debris, pruning shrubbery, and fertilizing plants. The contractor will also be responsible for performing time and materials services, such as minor repairs to the irrigation system and replacing damaged plants. The contract will be for a term of three years, with the option for two one-year extensions.
