Description
The Metropolitan Council is soliciting bids for the repair and upgrade of the Heywood Garage driveway and surrounding pavement at its Metro Transit facility in Minneapolis. The work includes removal of existing pavement, concrete curb/gutter/sidewalk installation, fence and gate construction, crack grouting, and milling and overlay of the existing asphalt surface. Bidders must submit electronic bids via QuestCDN and attend a virtual pre‑bid meeting and optional site visit on March 10.
• Remove existing pavement and grind/crack‑grout existing concrete surfaces.
• Install new concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, fence, and gate at the temporary driveway opening.
• Perform milling and overlay of the asphalt pavement to restore a durable surface.
