Description
The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to repaint the North Ohio Overpass using a three‑coat Tnemec concrete coating system. The work includes surface preparation, application of a prime, intermediate, and finish coat, and coordination with Union Pacific and Kansas & Oklahoma railroads for flagging services. The project will remove outdated product references and adhere to updated specifications provided in an addendum.
• Apply Tnemec Series 151‑1051 Elasto‑Grip FC prime coat, followed by two coats of Tnemec Series 156 Enviro‑Crete finish.
• Manage railroad traffic safely; UPRR runs 2 trains/day, K&O RR runs 6‑8 trains/day, with flagging contractors identified.
