The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to apply a specified Tnemec coating system to the North Ohio Overpass concrete surfaces, including the deck, barrier, and all lighting fixture housings. The scope also requires coordination with Union Pacific and Kansas & Oklahoma railroads for flagging services, though rail beneath‑deck cleaning and sandblasting of mesh are excluded.
