The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to repaint a railroad overpass and apply a specified concrete coating system to existing concrete surfaces. The scope includes painting all street‑light, pedestrian‑light, and fence‑light fixture housings, coating previously painted concrete with Tnemec Elasto‑Grip FC and Enviro‑Crete products, and coordinating flagging services for active rail traffic (Union Pacific – 2 trains/day; Kansas & Oklahoma – 6‑8 trains/day).
