The Illinois Toll Highway Authority is giving its notice of intent to amend its contract with Judlau Contracting, Inc. to provide for Concrete Temperature Control for Winter Work for work related to I-490 Tollway Railroad Bridge Construction. The original contract award amount was $37,785,426.29, and the cost of the extra work order/change order is $176,943.88. The change is germane to the original contract as signed, and the additional efforts of this work are within the intent of the contract and Department policy.
