Description
Georgia DOT is seeking a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) to provide pre‑construction and construction services for the replacement of the US 19/SR 9 bridge over CSX Railroad #639817J in Fulton County. The work must meet current design standards, span existing CSX tracks and the Atlanta Beltline trail, and accommodate a future track expansion beneath the structure. The contract will be awarded using a one‑phase Best Value method. <br/>• Scope includes design‑build, permitting, demolition of the existing bridge, site preparation, sub‑structure and super‑structure construction, and related civil works.<br/>• Must coordinate with CSX Railroad and Atlanta Beltline stakeholders.<br/>• Includes geotechnical, structural, and traffic engineering services.<br/>• Requires compliance with state and federal environmental and safety regulations.<br/>• Deliverables: construction schedule, cost estimates, quality‑control plans, and final as‑built documentation.
