Budget estimate

$60,000 – $100,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract ceiling, but a comparable academic group tour of 25‑35 participants for ten days—including round‑trip airfare, 3‑/4‑star hotels, private coach, guides, meals, entrance fees, and taxes—typically ranges from $2,500 to $4,000 per participant. That translates to an overall contract value roughly between $60,000 and $100,000. The final amount will depend on the exact participant count, single‑supplement requests, and any contingency escort fees.
