The study will assess the county’s capacity to attract, develop, and leverage sports, indoor/outdoor recreation, and leisure tourism as economic drivers, delivering actionable recommendations and an implementation roadmap.
• Analyze current sports and recreation assets, facilities, and programs within Richland County.
• Identify market opportunities, target audiences, and competitive positioning for tourism growth.
• Provide strategic recommendations, feasibility assessments, and a phased implementation plan to maximize economic impact.
