The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide a sterile instrument storage system. The system must have aluminum anodized tubing, be extra light and corrosion resistant, and have a load capacity of 45lbs per shelf. The system must also have polyurethane casters, brakes, and double wheels to allow heavier load capacity. The contractor must provide a brand name or equal product. The period of delivery will be no later than 60 days after award. • The storage system must have aluminum anodized tubing, be extra light and corrosion resistant • The shelving unit must have powder coated solid galvanized surface • Load capacity must be 45lbs per shelf • Storage unit must have polyurethane casters, brakes and double wheels to allow heavier load capacity • The system must have rubber strips to prevent denting • The rear side must have retaining wall on trays to ensure it remains in place while trays are opened and closed
