Ohio Dept. of Commerce - FY26 - SFM Lab UPS Preventative Maintenance

The Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of the State Fire Marshal, is seeking bids for the annual preventative maintenance of a Vertiv/Liebert EXM Uninterruptible Power System (UPS) located in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. The selected service provider must be an authorized Vertiv factory technician. The minimum required UPS preventative maintenance includes tasks such as temperature checks, visual inspections, and operational tests. Additionally, the service provider must perform internal battery preventative maintenance, which includes inspecting the battery and battery room, measuring voltage and current, and verifying the condition of the ventilation equipment. • The UPS system consists of an EXM 208V 60, sealed battery, and EXM10-200PERIPH. • The service provider must provide a detailed written report noting any deficiencies and corrective action needed. • The quote should be itemized and include estimated shipping, company name, contact information, and payment terms. • The quote may be rejected if the pricing does not match the DAS contract pricing.
