MS9-W23004 Iowa St Waterline Replacement - 28th Ter to 31st St and 33rd St

The City of Lawrence, Kansas is seeking bids for the Iowa Street Waterline Replacement project. The work includes the replacement of approximately 5,000 linear feet of existing 12" and 8" cast iron and ductile iron water main by Horizontal Directional Drill, Auger Boring, and/or conventional excavation and backfill, along Iowa Street from 28th Street to 31st Street, 28th Terrace from Iowa Street to Four Wheel Drive, and 33rd Street. The project also involves traffic control, pavement restoration, and erosion and sediment control. The contractor will be required to work diligently to minimize disruption to commercial access and maintain uninterrupted east-west pedestrian access at all times.
