The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is issuing a sole‑source notice of intent to renew its ayData DICONDE archive software and related support services. The contract will be awarded to AyData for a base year with up to two one‑year option extensions. The effort includes software updates, CD‑based monthly update distribution, and five additional user licenses, all delivered electronically or by mail to the Bethesda, MD facility.
