The Department of Enterprise Services, Facility Professional Services, is seeking bids for the TCC - Bldg. 20 Aux Gym HVAC project. The project involves the replacement of the auxiliary gym HVAC system at Tacoma Community College. The estimated bid cost range is $315,000 to $350,000.
