On-Call Emergency Demolition Services

The City of Sacramento’s Community Development Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide on‑call, as‑needed emergency demolition services for dangerous structures throughout the city. The contractor must be able to respond quickly, comply with all safety and utility‑disconnection requirements, and document each job with photographs.
