Description
The Madison County is seeking a contractor to provide on-call weed eradication services on private properties in violation of Iowa Code Chapter 317. The scope of work includes hand cutting, mowing, and spot herbicide spraying targeting noxious weeds. The contractor must have IDALS Commercial Applicator Certification and Company License. The contractor will be required to provide daily logs and weekly summaries to the Weed Commissioner. The performance standards include achieving 90% weed reduction within 30-45 days and zero off-target damage.
