The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to lease approximately 12,000 ABOA sq ft of first‑floor office/clinical space in Cleveland, Wisconsin for a new Community‑Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The lease will run for a total of 20 years (10‑year firm term with possible termination after the firm term) and must include tenant‑improvement (TI) work up to a $340.93 per ABOA sf allowance, security‑specific capital (BSAC) improvements at $12 per ABOA sf, and provision of 59 surface parking spaces. The property must meet ENERGY STAR labeling requirements, be ADA‑compliant, and be located within a defined “area of consideration” bounded by major roadways.
