Northwest Surface Water Treatment Plant

The El Paso Water Public Service Board is seeking submittals for the Northwest Surface Water Treatment Plant project. The project requires a team with technical competence, project management, and quality control experience. The submittal should include a proposed project team, team member experience, and past project experience.
