Construction Services for Hinton Landfill Expansion & Parking Lot Improvements

The City of Garland is seeking a contractor to provide construction services for the Hinton Landfill Expansion & Parking Lot Improvements project. The project includes a 7,475 SF interior renovation of the existing building and a 5,600 SF building addition. A secondary project item is the construction of a new concrete parking lot located north of the building addition. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and services necessary for the proper execution of the work.
