Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide dosimeter services for the VA Saint Cloud Health Care System. The contractor will be required to provide two BD IV Prep Gravimetric Packs with installation and two BD Subscriptions along with base year support for these items. The contractor must also provide 24/7/365 help desk/remote support, onsite repair as needed, and deliver software updates, licensing, and other services. The contract will be a single award, firm fixed price service contract for one base year from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
Some key requirements include:
• Providing two BD IV Prep Gravimetric Packs with installation and two BD Subscriptions along with base year support
• Maintaining purchased subscriptions and providing bug fixes, patches, updates, and remote technical support
• Providing initial installation and comprehensive break/fix coverage for new hardware
• Performing remote diagnostics and onsite service when required
• Supplying replacement parts/labor pursuant to the OEM comprehensive plan
• Coordinating with VA/other vendors to maintain operational uptime and interface integrity with VistA/Federal EHR
