Airfield Civil Works IDIQ

This indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) contract will support the Airfield Civil Works program at Tyndall Air Force Base, covering demolition, repair, and new construction of heavy‑load pavements (PCC, HMA, interlocking pavers) and associated civil infrastructure such as earthwork and grading. The contractor must operate within a high‑security, active flightline environment, adhering to stringent safety, environmental, and DoD construction standards, and coordinate closely with Air Traffic Control. The award will be a 100 % small‑business set‑aside with a five‑year ordering period (base year plus four options). • Scope includes runway and taxiway pavement construction, repair, and replacement. • Must manage foreign object debris (FOD) control, environmental permits, and contaminated soil/groundwater handling (including AFFF). • All work will be executed via individual task orders under the IDIQ framework, with proposals due 5 Oct 2026.
