Description
The State of Maine is seeking a vendor to provide SIP Trunking services. The contract will be for a period of 72 months, starting on 2/15/2026 and ending on 2/14/2032. The vendor will be required to provide SIP Trunking services to the State's Voice Services. The proposal should include a description of the methods and resources the vendor will use to provide the services, as well as a cost proposal that covers the entire contract period.
• The vendor must have experience in providing similar services to large organizations.
• The vendor must have a proven track record of delivering high-quality services on time and within budget.
• The vendor must be able to provide a detailed description of their proposed solution, including the technical architecture and the resources required to deliver the services.
• The vendor must be able to provide a cost proposal that includes all costs associated with the SIP Trunking services, including any one-time and ongoing costs.
