OHSU Voice Services Upgrade: SIP Trunking, POTS, and PSTN

Oregon Health & Science University is issuing this Request for Proposal to identify a qualified supplier or supplier team to provide enterprise voice-connectivity services, including SIP trunking, public switched telephone network and long-distance services, toll-free services, DID management and porting, fax services, and traditional POTS or POTS-replacement services. The initiative is intended to replace OHSU’s legacy PRI services with a secure, resilient, and operationally supportable SIP-based service model. The proposed solution must support continuity of patient care and other critical operations, provide geographic and carrier diversity, integrate with OHSU-managed Cisco CUBE/SBC infrastructure, and include implementation, migration, porting, testing, administrative, reporting, service-level, and ongoing support capabilities.
