Make-Ready Construction Services - All Trades

The Little Rock Housing Authority (LRHA) is seeking a qualified general contractor to provide comprehensive Make-Ready Construction Services across multiple LRHA-owned and affiliated properties. The scope of work includes all labor, materials, and supervision necessary to prepare residential units for occupancy in accordance with HUD Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS) and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) property requirements. The services required include but are not limited to carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, painting, and general rehabilitation. • The contractor will be responsible for performing all necessary work to prepare residential units for occupancy. • The contractor must comply with HUD Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS) and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) property requirements. • The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, and supervision necessary to complete the work. • The contractor must be a qualified, licensed general contractor with experience in providing comprehensive Make-Ready Construction Services.
