Description
The Adjutant General's Office is seeking competitive bid proposals from qualified vendors for termite treatment at the Junction City Armory. The facility is approximately 21,000 square feet. The contract will be for a period of 39 months, from the date of award through October 31, 2029. The contractor will be required to provide termite treatment services, including soil treatment, exterior baiting system installation, and localized spot treatments. The contractor must hold all required pest control licenses and certifications and maintain applicable insurance coverage.

• Mobilization and site preparation
• Disposal and cleanup
The contractor will be required to provide pricing that is all-inclusive for the services stated in the task schedule. The contractor may provide pricing to include an incremental increase from their Year One cost, not to exceed 5%, for Years Two and Three.
