Description
The City of Stonecrest is seeking qualified and experienced bidders to respond to a fixed (one-time) project for the construction of sidewalks on Fairington Road. The project includes the construction of a section of sidewalk at a single location within the limits of the City of Stonecrest, Georgia. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, personnel, tools, supervision, transportation, machinery, and other incidentals necessary to perform the work requested herein.
• The project is funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
• The Contractor must comply with all federal regulations and requirements, including The Davis-Bacon Act, Section 3, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, the Copeland (Anti-Kickback Act), and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
• The Contractor shall provide a detailed bi-weekly work plan of project activities and submit a project progress report monthly.
• The Contractor shall obtain all required state, federal, and local permits and licenses.
• The Contractor shall maintain insurance coverage, including Commercial General Liability, Professional Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers’ Compensation, and Contractors Pollution Liability.
